Gold Leaf Statue

One of the final images from a recent ad shoot for Chef Rubber.

"Edible" body paint - the wig has about a pound of colored cocoa butter in it. Friend Donna Hofstee pitched in big time with the sculpting.

"Jewelry" is all gelatin. Body paint is mostly food color emulsion gels, luster dusts and sparkle.

=NevaehLleh was the victim. She got to eat and play with a couple hundred dollars of gold leaf.... the things we Creatives put our models through. Yes. That's real gold she's getting all over the studio.

Edited for nudity and to fix paint. Edible products can work out really well, but the wig started melting and things got a little sticky....
